Double Brook Farm

Double Brook Farm is a pasture based livestock operation raising pigs, sheep, chickens, and turkeys. Our sheep are 100% grass fed, while our hogs and poultry supplement their diet with a non-GMO grain grown for us by local farmers. We have one of only a few on-farm USDA inspected slaughterhouses in the country, ensuring that our animals are never in an unfamiliar or stressful environment. We take pride in producing the best possible proteins while raising animals in a way that mimics their natural grazing patterns and social structure. We sell our meat at the Princeton Farmers Market (Thursdays), the Lambertville Farmers Market (Sundays), the Hopewell Fare Cafe, Hun-Val Dairy Farm, and via our website for large orders.
